An edible flower eaten as a delicacy, Hisbiscus is often consumed as an infusion. It is a beautiful, eye-catching bloom, which is suited to warm or tropical climates and whose varieties include red, pink, purple, orange, white, blue and yellow. Tahitian women often wear a single flower behind their ear to signify their availability for marriage.

Hibiscus tastes somewhat like an intense herbal and berry-infused tea (cranberry, raspberry, blueberry, etc...).
This soft, feminine flavour will inspire elegant martinis.
Mix it with white or spakrling wine to create a really refreshing apperitif.
